We became involved in a subsidence claim that had been going on for several years before we were instructed but we got it settled. Afterwards the clients wrote:

“Very many thanks for all the work you have put in on our behalf, but more especially, you were the only person – at last – to listen and subsequently agree with our grievances, etc. concerning our claim for damages to this property and, of course, with National Home Loans itself. You saw the problems through to the bitter end and solved it for us, thank you. Our lives will change for the good from now on”
