Claim turned down due to nondisclosure - now settled

At Claim Experts we love to dig through court rulings to see if judgements can help our clients. Recently, an insurance company turned down a claim where the client had not disclosed ‘a material fact’.  As the client admitted the nondisclosure, it looked like an unshakeable case for the insurer.  However, after concentrating on aspects of the insurer’s methods of working the judge found for the policyholder.  The case wasn’t widely reported, but we have a copy of the judgment and will be using it to fight for our clients.
