IIB appoint Claim Experts to supply comprehensive claims service for members

Claim Experts Ltd has been appointed by the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB) to supply a comprehensive claims service to its members at preferential rates.

Commenting on the launch, IIB’s Chief Executive Barbara Bradshaw said:

“We were impressed by the range of claims that Claim Experts look after and the professionalism with which they operate.  By negotiating preferential fees we are giving our members an opportunity to enhance and strengthen the claims service they give their clients.  This is a very valuable addition to our range of member benefits.”

Claim Experts’ Chairman Richard Hanson-James added:

“Having spoken to IIB members about their clients’ claims experiences, we found there was a clear need for broker clients to be able to call on expert advice from a loss adjuster whatever the claim, be it large and complex, simple yet protracted, or repudiated or awkward, in order to achieve the best possible result quickly.
