Claim Experts is a trading style of Fairweather Claims Ltd and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We provide a free educational service to the public, and connect potential claimants with pre-vetted legal firms operating on our panel.
Please Note: By completing an enquiry form, your case will be passed on to another legal firm within our panel. Should you decide to proceed with your claim it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of the legal firm that contacts you, including the fee they charge.

You have the right to use the relevant Ombudsman to seek redress for free. More information on your particular Ombudsman can be found on our Terms & Conditions. While Fairweather Group Ltd are FCA-regulated, some of our claims are not a regulated activity and not fall under the jurisdiction of the FCA.
The No Win No Fee Success Fee is based on which expert panel member we refer you to and is payable to them. Our panel currently consists of a number of law firms, which can also be found on our Terms & Conditions. The No Win, No Fee varies, but is generally between 25%- 50%+VAT.
There may be a termination fee if you cancel your claim with a panel member after the cooling-off period. We are paid a referral fee by our panel members for a successful introduction. Fairweather Group Ltd will not charge you for our service.

Please note that not all claims management leads we generate are regulated by the FCA. Please see the list below of those that are regulated:
