Fees can be tailored to suit every budget

We have no set fee structure but will discuss with you what suits you best

Our fee bases include:

•    hourly rates and expenses

•    percentage of recovery

•    time and expense with success uplift

•    flat fee for a specific result

•    no win, no fee

We will happily discuss combinations of these with you, as well as your budget, caps on fees and phased fees, if appropriate.

Our fees are generally not recoverable from insurers, you therefore pay us, but we believe that the value we bring will exceed the cost.

We will always agree a clear and fair basis of charging you and every client has a detailed letter of engagement from us before committing to our services. We may ask for a fee for an on-site review of any new matter.
